I, too, am a PTSD / mst survivor. MST is Air Force 30 yrs ago and have tried many artistic ways of expression, therapy, self-victories over the years. Have been in a very complete stagnant stage for 5 or 6 yrs. and am (I think) ready to begin angani. Thank you for having your work here for all to see. I am inspired.
